1. Misc – I have not been receiving e-mails from OWN. What should I do?

Answer: It is possible that e-mails are being sent to your Junk Folder, or that they are being blocked by your Provider.

To help with this communication issue, we post all e-mail communications with IBOs on the IBO News page in your Members Lounge – please check this page regularly for information.

2. Misc – It is my understanding that it is against OWN Policy to sell on online auction sites such as eBay and Craig’s List but I have seen OWN products listed there. How does OWN handle this?

Answer: You are right! OWN does not support IBOs who list products on eBay, Craig’s List, and other online auction sites. For a complete understanding of this issue and how OWN enforces infractions, please read the OWN Polices & Procedures document available on the DOWNLOADS page of your Back Office. If you have a specific instance of non-compliance that you wish assistance with, please contact YJ Support through the online SUPPORT system also through your Back Office.

3. Misc – My Annual Renewal Date is coming up, and I want to renew my membership with OWN. How do I do this?

Answer: It’s very easy! Just go to your Back Office shopping cart and purchase the Annual Renewal Fee of $35. You can use Visa, Mastercard, or your Personal Account balance to pay for the fee. In addition to this, you have the ability to manage your Annual Renewal Fee being charged automatically on your renewal date by OWN so you don’t need to remember to do this every year. To manage this feature, login, to to your Back Office, click OPTIONS and then ANNUAL FEE PREFERENCE and ensure it is set to ‘yes’.

4. Misc – What countries is OWN operating in currently?

Answer: Misc – OWN is currently operating in Canada (with the exception of Quebec) and the USA. A person may order product providing that they have a Canadian or US mailing address to which we can ship product as well as mail commission cheques.

5. YouthJuice™ – Ingredients and contents: I have noticed that it looks like there is sediment in my bottles of YouthJuice™. What is this?

Answer: There is a slightly lighter colored sediment at the bottom of every bottle of YouthJuice™. This is naturally occurring sediment consisting of the natural fruit and pulp in the juice that settles when the bottle is undisturbed. As with many natural juices, we ask on the label that users “Shake Well” before drinking.

6. YouthJuice™ – Ingredients and contents: Is there any sugar added to YouthJuice™?

Answer: A small amount of food-grade crystalline fructose is added for taste consistency as indicated in the ingredient list on the label. Most of the fructose is naturally occurring from the organic berries.

7. Youthjuice™ The Botton Line: eWhen will YouthJuice be bringing out a travel size bottle?

Answer: We are currently in the process of working through economic and packaging requirements.

8. YouthJuice™ – The Botton Line: Can YouthJuice™ be mixed with other drinks?

Answer: Yes it can. YouthJuice™ can be mixed with any other liquid; whether hot, cold or at room temperature.

9. YouthJuice™ – The Botton Line: How long does YouthJuice™ last?

Answer: YouthJuice™ will last up to one year when left unopened and stored at room temperature. Once opened, YouthJuice™ should be refrigerated and will last for several months in your refrigerator.

10. YouthJuice™ – The Botton Line: How much does YouthJuice™ cost?

Answer: The wholesale price of YouthJuice™ for members is $130 USD per case (of 4 bottles @ 32oz each).

The suggested Retail price is $180 USD.

11. YouthJuice™ – The Botton Line: I have had some customers report nausea when they take YouthJuice™ in the morning. Why is this?

Answer: For some people, taking vitamins on an empty stomach is not advisable. The vitamins in YouthJuice™ are water soluble which this means they are absorbed very quickly into the body. Some people may find they have a reaction to this which can present as nausea. Our recommendation is to take YouthJuice™ with food, and/or to dilute YouthJuice™ with water. The diluted product, if taken over a 15-20 minute drinking period, can have a positive impact.
