How about some B?

Youth Juice

Vitamin B

Vitamin B, like those found in Youth Juice, is a water soluble based series of vitamins that result in many health benefits if consumed on a regular basis.  An interesting fact about vitamin B is that it is not a single vitamin such as vitamin D but rather a series of 8 different vitamins.  When speaking about the vitamin B group as a whole they are referred to as a vitamin B complex while singular vitamin B vitamins have their own specific name and function; Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B7, Vitamin B9 and Vitamin B12.

The Eight Vitamin Bs or Vitamin B Complex

Each vitamin B nutrient has its own particular characteristics and in short are grouped in the Vitamin B Complex.  Vitamin B 1 is thiamine, Vitamin B 2 is Riboflavin, Vitamin B 3 is niacin or a variant also known as niacinamide, Vitamin B 5 is pantothenic acid, vitamin B 6 is a variety of Pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine or pyridoxine hydrochloride, Vitamin B 7 is biotin, Vitamin B 9 is Folic acid and Vitamin B 12 is a mixture of cobalamins and cyanocobalamin.  Together these vitamin B complex group give the human body various health benefits.

The Health Benefits of Vitamin B Complex

Without Vitamin B Complex many of the normal human functions would be unable to occur.  Generally vitamin B is necessary for healthy skin, healthy muscle toning, a fast metabolism, a better functioning immune system and nervous system and enhanced cell growth and division particularly in red blood cells.

Furthermore, the daily consumption of these nutritional vitamins can help to reduce the risks of cancer and prevent anemia since vitamin b helps to increase red blood cell growth and division.  It is important to note that this vitamin is water soluble which means not only will the vitamin be dispersed all throughout the body but any excess of the vitamin in your system will be released through the urine.  This means that the vitamin is not stored in your body and that it must be replenished every day.

Vitamin B Deficiencies

Since Vitamin B is not a dsingular vitamin but rather a group of different vitamins, each group must enter the human body or it may result in various deficiencies.  Such deficiencies include depression, high blood pressure, acne, water retention, paresthesia, macrocytic anemia, pellagra, tryptophan, beriberi, Korsakoff’s syndrome and ariboflavinosis.
